I actually get a kick out of Jeremy Clarkson. FWIW, he usually BASHES every American car on that show, but the C6 Z06 did surprisingly well.

The more episodes I watch, the more I love this TV show. If you do not like the direction of the show, stop being narrow minded, or don't watch. Seeing a proven critic go over the bread and butter of American muscle and find nothing but trivial criticisms is rather impressive. Oldie, yes, but one hell of a good TV show!

Trivial criticisms??? Watch the show again...that tea toting buggerer doesn't like anything about the car except for the on track performance. Bet he drives a real sweet Cortina when he's not on the track driving real cars.

You just have to watch the show more often. It is the English way. Total sarcasm and over the top nit-picking. I cannot believe I have to clarify this but in a condescending tone, one that is full of mockery and yes trivial criticisms, he is impressed with the Z06's total performance. How many men drive their Z06's on a daily basis? I would imagine few to none. He is stating a simple fact, over the top for daily use, no doubt.

What do you drive on a daily basis? I bet it’s not a 2005+ Z06. I would not want to drive my Camaro daily, especially not with the new motor I'm putting in it.

Is it a true daily driver where you drive it in trying weather (rain, snow, sleet etc) or is it a fair weather cruiser?

What is your honest opinion. At times do you wish you were driving an auto a slight bit more mundane for the streets or do you enjoy the daily thrills of the monster? In other words, do you agree or disagree that the Z06 is a bit too much for the street and to enjoy its full potential, you need to track it?

I just got the car so I'll have to get back to you on that. I did daily drive my 600+ RWHP '03 Cobra on MT DR's for 3 years straight... rain or shine. What's the point of having a car if you don't drive it ;)
