so for some reason....as im sitting at a light to make a left on to bell blvd. in queens i decide i wanted to go right and i put my car in reverse..then back in to first...and next thing u know i hear POP and a alotttt of metal grinding....but at first it was only in first gear...then i go up the hill on bell blvd...get to a light and put it in first again and its still grinding..at this time 2nd wasnt grinding..make a right go down 3 blocks and get to a corner....put the car in first and more grinding..park the car...run it through the gears while the cars off...start it and now it breaks through 2nd grinding....either my "synchroze" or my "pressure plate" has just blown.....i need a price and opinion why the hell this s*** just blew up on me at a red light for no reason

im not getting the m3, and no i didnt stop at white castle cause i was right next to bay terrace which is like 1/2 a mile down the road and i didnt wana f*** up the transmission even more

so it was the clutch afterall.....it was burned out mostly wen i first got the car since the shifter on the transmission wasnt bolted down so we could never find the gear and my dad drove it to farmingdale and back like that and he couldnt find gears so that was basiclly burnt out and on friday it just decided to finally burst after all....

I think you should spec out a custom sintered iron disc, with an un-sprung hub. Get a 3600+ lb pressure plate too.
